As long as the area without signal is not a vacuum and has a frequency, the walkie talkie can be used.

As long as two (or more) walkie talkies work on the same frequency and are located within the signal transmission range, it is sufficient.

However, when using the walkie talkie, the distance from the person's head is relatively close. According to national regulations, the maximum power of handheld walkie talkies should not exceed 5W. Exceeding 5W is harmful to the human body, so it is not suitable for long-term use.

Excluding the impact of various anti-interference capabilities within the walkie talkie itself, it is also easy to encounter signal interference caused by interference sources from other walkie talkies, wireless devices, and electrical equipment in densely populated cities.
Different weather, temperature, and even day and night variations can also affect the transmission of signals.
